My 93 EX Coupe + 195whp/164wtq = high 13s

I'm sure the same setup in a CX/VX will be a bit quicker too.

My hatch has 182whp/162wtq and i hit 13.2 but really your best bet is to take off the turbo kit and have all the stock stuff to put back on or do it illegaly

wrong, unless you cant drive

Basically, take the spring out of the wastegate, put back in stock injectors, and ecu and you will pass... unless they do visual then:

Completely take off all the turbo parts to pass visual:

Go with a turbo and low compression pistons instead of a thicker head gasket. The smog isn't an issue if you dynotune the vehicle to meet California emissions with the turbo on it. There is no need to remove the turbo, the ECU or injectors to pass California smog or TEST ONLY. The visual isn't an issue as long as the vehicle blows clean on the smog machine. Any vehicle can pass California smog regardless of the engine modifications. Turbo, JDM motors, or full race motors are no longer an issue to smog and register in California.

Please email me with any questions. Thank you.
