Looking to lower an IS300 Lexus. Was looking into Tein SS, but any other suggestions? Let me know.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would have no clue. Have you tried a is300 forum maybe? That's what i would look for and then ask there or search around.

Though 'full' is a relative term, a complete coilover and damper/shock setup i'd reccomend for the IS300 is Koni Sport 'yellow' shocks and Ground Control coilovers. The dampers for the IS300 seem to cost quite a bit more than they do for Hondas.

You're not getting an answer for 2 reasons:

1) You haven't provided any information about what you are doing with the car. Autocross? Road race? Blvd pimp? Why do you want "full coilovers" versus a good set of lowering springs? How much do you want to spend? What features do you want?

It's hard to suggest something when nobody knows what you are looking for.

2) This is a Honda forum.

Damn you guys, have to be so specific. LOL. Give me my options!@

This is for "BLVD crusin"

Something to withstand a 3" drop and stiff enough to handle turns etc, where it wont bang the wheels to the fender, stiffer is better for this?.

Anything Sub $1500.

IS300 may possible be boosted soon also, not sure yet If that makes any difference. But of course, all and all, I dont want nothing BOUNCY and HARD. I still want somewhat of a luxury feel.

3" drop while having a nice ride and good handling ... Good luck. If you're going to lower the IS that much, you'd better get shortened shocks, i.e. a no-kidding coilover system like Tein. To have it ride nice, the spring rate can't be too high, but it has to be stiff enough to keep the wheels in control. Because of the not-so-high spring rate, handling will need to be improved in other ways ... perhaps sway bars. http://www.intensepower.com/suspension1.html

Oh yeah, you still owe me $100.

umm..the lower you go the higher your spring rate should be to prevent bottoming out.
