Default Axle help needed, B-series, EM1 coupe

Hey guys Ive got a B20 swap, B16 Hydro tranny in a 99 Civic. Ive gone thru a few sets of B16 axles and Ive heard the 94 and up GSR and early model 90-93 Integra LS axles are stronger but wondering if true would I need to swap the intermediate shaft and the seals that go into the tranny?? Is there anything else I would need to do? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

All B-Series axles are the same. All of them.

Hydro transmissions and cable transmissions are different axles though.

I thought the R came in a different grade steel on the bearings?
