vtec heads
im new to the scene and im still learning so plz bear with me..
i always hear about ppl swapping different intake cams and exhaust cams for their motors for better duration and what not, so can anybody list the advantages of each vtec head, like wuts the difference between the gsr and itr head? doesnt the itr provide more power because it has a better duration so more air is flowing in and out of the cylinder?
any explanations will be greatly appreciated, or if u can link me up to some site that has more information on this kinda stuff will help too..

gsr head: flows more air, smaller combustion chamber volume than a b16 which raises comepression
B16 head: better air flow, doesnt have as good of cam profiles as the gsr cams, but more duration
ITR head: same cast as the b16, ported and polished from the factory for better air flow, come with more agressive cams than both b16 and gsr
CTR head: same as ITR but has more agressive cam profiles than the ITR
the Type R heads also come with stronger valvtrain for high-revving

ive also heard that there is a diffrence in the 96-97 spec itr .. to the 98-up spec.
98 and up spec itr has a litttle more of an aggressive cam profile on the intake side as well as ive been told that each year has a better casting for the heads.

youre right, the 98+ ITR cams have better profiles than the 96-97, but for USDM integras the 2000-2001 ITR cams are the same specs as the JDM CTR cams
