Default Corner Lights for a 96-98 Civic?

Ok, i have searched, and people have been saying that the 1157 works, and the 3496 is whats in the books. ive looked all over the ******* place, and nobody has either. will the 2057's work, or will i burn up the harness running these? or will it make them blink fast? need some help ASAP, i got inspection tomorrow morning and one it out.

Just go to ******* Autozone and compare bulbs.. It's not a difficult task.

I believe the 1157 will work, I"m not sure about the 2057. I think it might have the little tabs on the side of the base in a different location (used for locking it into the socket).

You can't find 1157's anywhere? You must suck at looking, they are extremely common.

ive looked everywhere, been to 2 autozones, and 2 specialty shops, and they all said that they dont carry the 1157 or the 3496, in either regular amber OR the silverstar version. they only have them in CLEAR, sorry i didnt mention that at first.

1157 Ambers definately work! I have them in my 98 EK Coupe as we speak, got them from PepBoys. The 1157's are a little wider but they do fit the housing.

Paypal me enough to cover the bulbs and shipping, and I'll pick you up a pair of 1157's in your choice of clear, amber, or SilverVision. They're all extremely easy to find in my area.
