Default Which is better B20 Vtec or B16 with a Stroker Kit and Head Work

Hey i always wanted to go with a B20z2 block and a 2001 type R head. I was going to leave the block and do some serious head work to the type R head but i just saw on toda racing a stroker kit for the 1st generation B16 the web site is

http://www.todaracing.com/prod....html

1st generation B16a's are cheaper and easier to find. So guys tell me which would be a better way to go B20-Vtec with head work or B16 with head work and stoker kit

I say go with the latter. B16 with head work and a stroker kit should do you wonders, especially across the whole powerband.

more reliable than the B20 block that was never meant to rev high at all, the sleeves in the B20 tend to crack under high stress as well, anything past 8k rpms is not too good. The rod/stroke ratio of the stroked B16 would not be as good as it was OEM but it will still be more rev happy than the B20 bottom end and with Toda you just can't go wrong! So reliability wise the stroker B16 would be the way to go.
