CEL 36?

I was checkin my ignition timing so I jumped the service connector today. I got a code 36 for some reason. I looked it up and there is no cel 36.

3 long blinks followed by 6 short blinks. wtf??? anybody help me out? I have a jdm h22a with a manual JDM p13. all stock.

36. traction control found on JDM ecu's
I am not sure how to fix this other then swaping with another ECU.

will this affect engine peformance or effect the car?
