I currently own a 96 civic ex and now swapping an obd 1 motor into it some connectors wont fit some will and i need a wiring schematic to reroute the wires. I know im going to have to cut the plugs and rewire it. So is there anyone who can send me some wiring diagrams from the harness to motor for the 96 civic ex and its original motor and a wiring diagram for the obd 1 sir motor?

 

I think what you're looking for is an OBD-II to OBD-I conversion harness?

 

have it ordered its just the motor only comes with the attached harness

 

Intense motorsport tells me that the obd 2 harness comes from the ecu thru the chassy out to the motor while the obd 1 would come out under the hood near the windshield and has connectors there then to the motor and the obd 2 to 1 conversion is a little wires and connectors that plugs into the ecu
