anyone can advise whether will a Dart tall deck block, with b18c type R head in a ek civic...hood will clear when high rev???..knowing that the engine will move forward when in high rev....

 

use stiff mounts to reduce movement. it might also help to remove the hood and hammer down the bumps in the cross bracing to add clearance. some peeps cut it, but that's not always necessary and, as you might guess, weakens the hood.
