B18C Hatch

k i just got a VIS invader hood and i the fitment is great all round except that it hits the top of my engine, Has anyone else had this problem, and if not do you think that it is becasue of the small vent that lowers the CF and would OEM cf hood fit better?

I also heard that there is a 2nd gen VIS hood and these ones may hit the B18C in a civic hatchback, is this true?
