Default Installed a new b16 longblock and tranny grinds into every gear

like the title says I installed a new b16 longblock and the tranny grinds into every gear. what could this be my clutch pedal feels crazy loose, and i can shift into gear when the car is off???. I took off my tranny because i thought it could of been that there was no throw out bearing in it, but there was one, i replaced it anyways. Any advice on what it could be would be appreciated.

check your cable. It might be real loose or if its hydrolic bleed the clutch.

agreed... if the cable is to loose, your really never putting in the clutch at all. which means the trans is still spinning when you try to shift. this can make it difficult to shift without grinding. def adjust the cable(same goes for hydro clutch)
