Default What sportbikes came with dual headlights?

Currently doing my research about a bike prior to buying.

To my understanding some bikes came with dual head lights. The bike caught my attention because I was driving on the 405 freeway at night and saw only one head light on coming off a CBR 600F4I. Question is what sport bikes came with Dual head lights with one for high and one for low beams?

Mine does. Your going to base your bike decision on if it has one or two headlights on?

I believe only hondas rock one headlight. I may be wrong though. Just wire them so they both run if you really must have 2.

Well, motorcyclists by design enjoy attention. Having only one headlight on makes people ask you, "Do you know your headlight is out?" Hence, more attention.

The Suzuki svs has dual headlights but both are on at the same time, this goes for both the 1st and 2nd gen models.

"kawasaki who cares" LOL

now im no expert, but i thought that you had to re-wire the 2003+ r6's to have both sides of the headlights on.

On 929RR and 954RR's the bikes come wired with (3) headlights, the center headlight is the daylight driving light, and the (2) side ones are the high lights. What alot of 929RR and 954RR guys do, is cut the lead wire for the center daylight running light and run with high lights whenever they ride the bike. What this actually does is eliminate the running light when you open the switch to start the bike. Alot of riders only ride their bikes on weekends, and when they'd gear up to go ride, they'd open the ignition switch and the running light would drain the little juice the battery had. Also, when attempting to recharge the battery, the battery charges quicker when the center lead is either cut or disconnected, enabling the bike to be started, idled, and/or driven with no running light.

99-02 R6 have both headlights on for low and high; 03 up R6 along with most newer bikes have one low and one high.
