Default turbo exhaust with no muffler???what u think

Not really sure if im asking a question b/c I know im going to do it...but what does everyone think of running a turbo exhaust without a muffler??? Im doing it due to the fact that im turboing a Da integra. If I run a mufflet on it..it would have to be tilted at a 45 and I dont want that.. Does it sound pretty good compared to having a muffler to baffle the sound??

Its going to be really loud and not sound as smooth as with a muffler. Try open downpipe and see if you like the sound, Ive never had cat back with no muffler but I have had open downpipe and its just to loud for daily driving

Not a honda, nor turbo, but a friend has a race-only BMW that he's running a straight pipe for. He's well over 90 decibles w/ no muffler or resanators.

So open downpipe is quiter? Anyone else experience this? Maybe its because being under the car muffles the sound.
