Default Buh bye bride, hello status.

well after going from leather seats, to s2000 seats, to ctr recaro's, and then bride ergo 2's. I've finaly landed a really nice seat I feel fits my demands

For those who have'nt heard of them Status racing is based out of Redmond washington. They basicaly looked at all the flaws in bucket racing seats and improved them. I took some pictures to show how nice the work on them is. I think they actualy may be hand made. They are the first seat manufacture to use memory foam in a racing bucket, they also don't cut the kevlar on the side corners were many other brands do. Here's some pretty cool information I got from sema.

Believe it or not the "b" brand is actualy bride

Here is the status bucket being FIA tested

The difference in thickness compared to a bride kevlar bucket

One of there new adjustable kevlar buckets that is coming out, This seat also has a quick release so the seat can quickly go forward and back unlike the Bride lo max

Now enough reason, after doing my homework and having sat in a few brides, a vision kevlar bucket, my ctr seats and this. I ended up buying a status iomola

Look at that flawless weave even around the edges. Other kevlar seats will cut were the major bends are to make it easier to wrap around with out bends in the fabric. Status does'nt cut corners

so sexy

Don't get much better than
