QUESTION USED TEIN SS
this guy is selling his tein SS to me around 750.
he told me he have it on his car for 1 yr,
and he sold his car, and it been sitting in the garage.
how could i check is the tein still in good condition ??
and is $750 a very good price ?
can i bring it to a shop and test it before i buy it ?
or is there any way i could test it myself ?
please let me know !!
im using the car for autocross and daily driving.
would it be cool ?
im going for good suspension because i really want to minus the body roll.
let me know thanks !!!!!!

Well, I ride on Tein SS and it is what I consider to be one of the top suspension setups for daily/aggressive driving. It isnt anything that I'd ever use if I was seriously competing in autox or anything though, its just not that stiff first of all, and personally, i dont trust the shocks to accept much stiffer springs. I'm not sure about anyone else's experience, but after I installed mine (like 2.5 years ago), I just noticed that the body roll was slightly reduced, and actually produced a "jelly" like feel in turns and stuff...It "felt" more like a chassis twist as odd as that sounds. But, I bought front and rear strut bars and that fixed that problem for me...$750 seems ok...but I probably wouldnt pay more that $700 for them, depending on where he lives.
