Default Expo 6: Run group and instructor assignments

If you have a legitimate complaint on your group assighnment, please send an email explaining your complaint and reasoning to either me or jay/cheezthis.

If you want Wai as your instructor b/c his car is cool, or Victor, because his car will be more fun and faster than Wai's car, or you want your buddy to 'take care of you' and let you off easy, send an email to trash@cheezthis.com . I'm sure someone will respond from that account immediately. and i mean straight away.

We've had few very real 'issues' with rungroups in the past, the legitimate ones are first and only priority. The other stuff is just annoying. some are funny but not very original. come on guys... you can do better.

Thank you and please send splitime and pajama-gram for valentine's day.

If you are going to have people send me pajama-grams, at least use the proper grammar to elicit it.

Sheez...

white castle = yuck! I noticed on the rungroups that jetydosa is listed in a group by himself marked as beginner. He finally got rid of that fake ITR so I think you can let him into a real group.

Where can we find the assignment list? I looked on the Expo pages on the ITRCA site and I didn't see it...

Sorry, I misinterpreted the title of this topic to mean that the instructor assignments were done. My bad.

One thing to keep in mind for those folks that take a huge meaning as to what the groups are "labeled" as - The groups were split up based on relative experience in regards to the rest of the individuals that signed up. So, theoretically, a person that has only driven two track events could be in the advanced group if the vast majority had none or one. It could go the other way, too. You could have 8 track events, but be put in Nov 2 or Int because of the great number of people that have been racing for years.

Cliff notes - Don't put too much meaning in what group you are assigned to - it is purely relative to the others that have signed up.

It's all assuming that my car will still be in one piece at the time of Expo.

Quick question. For the novice groups is group 1 people who have zero track experience, and novice 2 people with some/little track experience? Just wondering

I believe that is aproximatly the break down. There may be some with 1-2 events in novice 1 though, if there are novice 2 people that have 2-3 etc... I know they worked hard to get the groups setup nicely. They are also doing their best for the instructor matching.
