brake lights dont come on, however the tailights when i turn on my headlights do, they dont brighten when i brake. 1995 accord ex 136k miles. also, someone jacked my car and tore out the key ignition i found the piece the key goes in but thats it, do i need anything else to fix it? if so, what and how do i do it? oh and my horn doesnt work either. any help would be really appreciated

 

The Horn and Brake lights work off the same fuse. Under-Hood Fuse Panel, Position #19 20 Amp Fuse. You most likely have a short which blew the original fuse.
