maybe 2-5hp max and you will have to run premium fuel all the time.
how-to
run your tank empty and fill up with premium.
add 2 degrees timing with a timing light. (3 if you're feeling lucky and don't abuse the car)
reset ECU and let idle for 10 minutes.

you would need higher octane gas to prevent detonation, but even then the gains are minimal. I don't think you would even see 2 hp.

Don't screw with the timing unless you know what you are doing. You are just going to give yourself a headache. Start reading books, not asking questions on forums if you are going to do deep into tweaking things.

actually it might not be a good idea to run the fuel tank empty
Im not saying all, but a fair few hondas I ahve worked on have done things like that after a motor swap (from d-b for example, last week..) running the fuel pump dry can be bad for it, and blow it. basically you ahve the chance of rendering it useless.
what you could do is to run the tank very low (if you are advancing the timing, but as other replys state, not a really worthwhile upgrade for you yet) and then, before you put permium in it, throw in a bottle of 104 octane booster. if thats at the bottom of your tank, with the "bad" gas, it should mix up while you put prem. in it. After a few tanks, all of the reg. gas should be completly cleaned out of your system.

I wouldn't mess with the timing if I were you. If you have stock parts then just use stock timing. I messed my car all up by doing that. Because at first I didnt have a timing light. Also no gains and your car will run rich.
