Feeler: 95 CIVIC So CALI
I have a 95 Civic EX Coupe with a Clean Title.
1.6L SOHC Stock - Original Engine
5 SPD Manual
2nd owner
Odometer reads 160K but it's around 185K.
Speed Sensor went out a while ago and I recently ordered a replacement.
No mods, except that it was lowered and Clear Corners.
Everything is stock!!!
Engine compression is still very good and reliable.
All electrical components work very well.
The windows roll up a little slow compared to when it was originally purchased but always works. A little silicon spray and it should be fine. Moonroof works fine as well.
Clean Interior. No tears on the dash nor seats. Just needs new floor mats since mine our almost worn out.
Transmission could use a replacement but works fine. Gears never pop and goes in smoothly. Very reliable. The only issue with the tranny is that it makes a rattling sound in first and second gear. Probably the ISB needs to be replaced.
Rear window defogger does not work. The strips have been cut while removing tint so you would need to replace the window. I didn't mind it since I can use the heater or A/C to defog if needed.
Removed the radio.
New front bumper would be nice since it has some scratches and dents.
New coat of paint would be nice since there are quite a bit of rock chips on the hood and the bumpers have been scratched here and there. Damn people in LA don't know how to park! haha. There's also a section on the roof, next to the moonroof where the paint has oxidized. I circled it in red.
I bought in 6 years ago while in college. I love this car!!! Plan on restoring it and keeping it as a show car.
Thinking about selling since I'm getting married and I have no extra parking space once the wife moves in.
Make me a reasonable offer and I might just sell it.

Thanks for the responses.
That's what I figured but just thought I'd hear it from a different perspective. I wouldn't mind selling it for $2500. It would be great if I had a house with a 3 car garage so that I can keep it.
But with prices of homes in LA nowadays, I don't see that happening. Hate to see her go.
I'm going to try to figure something out by this weekend. If not, then she'll be definitely up for sale next week. Wish me luck!
