Rollcage...
Does anyone have the regulations/standards for a track legal cage?
I am having it built, so I just want to make sure everything is up to snuff...I want to just do this once!

You don't need/want a cage for autocross; it's just extra weight.

look up safe drives sale. He sells weld in and bolt in cages and they are going to be more than enough for you needs at considerably cheaper costs.
A roll cage in auto-x puts you against some pretty fast cars, you might want to reconsider until you've done a few events at a lower level

Not necessarily, you can even use a bolt-in cage (or weld in bar) for stock class.
