Hey i was planning on turbo'ing my jdm h22 stock internalled motor (5-7psi) for something coservative, but i also am itersetd in nitrous setup. Ideally, wahat is the safest way to run a 50-75 shot with as little stress on the motor as possible

Some type of Wet Kit
Uberdata/Fuel tuning
Colder spark plugs
adj fpr

Spark cut rev limiter?

you have the basics all there ... do 1 step cooler plugs and tune it. Before you tune just up you base a few psi and make sure you have a new pump just for safety. I would say the 75 wet is safe .. go with a direct port kit, it will make each cylinder get the same amount of nitrous so it will be more consistant. Plus they are cheap (600 new) oh and have fun

For the limiter ... DONT HIT IT AT ALL and you will be safe ... Even with spark cut it will just build up extra nitrous and can cause serious problems. Its not that bad but play it safe and watch the tach.. You could set your limiter a little high in case you miss due to spin.

Use a window switch you can activate and deactivate the nitrous at certain rpms when your still full throttle. It can keep you safe from hitting the rev limiter full throttle with the nitrous on.
