Default rear disc brake conversion on 96-00 civic

Has anyone done a drum to disc conversion on the 96-00 civics? I know that I can use 99-00 civic si parts and that I need new hubs, rotors, calipers, and caliper mounting brackets. but do the hydraulic lines and e-brake cables need to be replaced also? to anyone that can offer any insight that would be great.

The ebrake cables from a 94-01 GSR will work as well. That's what I used on mine. I also replaced the lines with SS ones. Just do it, you're down there anyway.
