hmm...i believe it will

difference in material though, one being steel and one being aluminum. Shouldnt be a problem though...

would looking at eachothers oil pan gaskets tell the story, or is it a matter of one is bigger than the other and the oil pickup is not the same??

went too honda and that **** is way different, a 98 dx could fit, but the ex don't even use a gasket, the use that honda flange crap
