Is there a general code for the OEM CD player or is it a unique code for every
OEM CD player.

Pull the radio and get the serial and call Honda.

 

Honda won't give it out over the phone. They said I need to know the first owner
of the car and show up with an ID. Bunch of BS.
Does anyone have access to codes?

Call a different dealer. Better yet, take the head unit to the dealership in person.

if its original and the previous owner still has the car he can look on his vin tag in the trunk and its also located there

 

there are a couple of places online that you can pay a nominal fee to and they get the code.

yup
