Default Engine break-in period?

I just put a B16A1 into my EG civic and was wondering what the correct break in was on it. I had the head re-surfaced, new head gasket, and new pistons, rods, and rings if it makes any difference.

Take it really easy for at least 1000 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

Don't go over 5000 rpm, don't cruse on the highway. Get an oil change at 500 miles. DO a lot of stop and go driving around town.

Take it easy and be patient..it is worth it in the long run!

crvtec.com has a break in procedure that a lot of people use. Although you don't have that specific motor, it still applies in most all ways. I would look it up and follow that.
