What's the best/easiest MSD box to run with a turbo f22 vtec?

How much power are you aiming for? The stock ignition is better than you think. Is the motor still stock? If so, save the money for other upgrades...

(I can't tell you which is the best or easiest... just trying to save you the money if possible.)

stock ignition can handle up to 400 HP unless there are weak or defective components in it.

i would keep with the stock ignition. it can support more that you think. just as stated above.
