Well me and my friend did a b18 swap in his 90 si hatchback, we used both integra axles. Well one of them, the drivers side in the intermediate shaft keeps popping out of place, we put it back in...same thing, wtf?. So does he need a DIFFERENT type of axle?, or what...obviously this one is too short is why it keeps popping out i think, and we even tryed another 90-93 integra axle...same thing, both are the same length. Im not totally clueless on this, but if anybody else uses a different kind of axle for the drivers side on b18, let me know because obviously this other one is too short im guessin from whats happening.

 

What mount kit?

 

A-z, i guess it's arizona race mount kit, or whateva the expletive their called, he bought em. But back on topic he did overtighten the mounts in place so much that the inserts are ****** squeezed, but i don't think that would cause the axle to pop out of place, could it really?...

 

I think i forgot to take out the dust rings when we did the swap, not that he knew that but i did...just forgot. But can anyone confirm if this would cause it to bind the axle so much that when you put it in gear it would cause the drivers axle to pop out?.

 

Yes, remove dust rings.

 

WTF, we took them off but the other axle is TOO SMALL. Whats the REAL driver side axle you USE in the intermediate SHAFT, because the other one was not going in ALL the way.
