I've been driving with no cat converter for a while now. It threw a CEL of course. However, when I drove my car today it was dying out intermittently everytime i put it on neutral. Is it possible that the CEL is causing my car to act funny? and why didn't it do this before?

How do you check if your fuel pump is going bad? ignition coils as well?

 

have you checked to see if its throwing any other codes besides 2nd o2. also have you tried just putting the 2nd o2 like ziptied in the bay. my friend has being doing that for about a year now no problem...
