It has fuel, turns over, but no spark. I had problems like this b4 and found that prev owner had wrapped a foil gum wrapper around a blown fuse at the radio backup slot. So, didnt have a start up problem for bout a month and recently has become an intermitting problem again. I'm afraid to drive it. Right now it's not starting.

 

Things which can cause no spark:

1) No power to Ignition Coil
2) Broken Timing Belt (Dist doesn't turn)
3) Defective Ignition Ignitor (Module)
4) Dumb ECM
