got 700 dollars to spend soon: what should i buy? new turbo or dp and new mani?
Like the question says. I currently have a drag kit with crappy dp and mani, the mani doesnt give me any problems but my tuner says if i get a custom 2.5 inch dp made then, i might have to upgrade to a blox manifold which is fine with me. The dp is horrible, the bolts are too close to the weld on the dumptube and i always get an exhuast leak which is why i was thinking of getting a custom dp.
Also the oil return line sits right on top of dp which is bad, so we were thinking of moving all that stuff around and the blox manifold would just be part of an upgrade to it all.
My setup is currently running a Turbonetics polished t3/t4E turbo with a trim and a/r i dont know. i get full boost by 5500.
Now the other choice was to spend the money on a gt28rs turbo so i can get full boost by 2500 or so
Would you guys get the new dp and mani or get a new turbo which i dont NEED but it would be sweet.

get a nice ram horn manifold and nice d/p def. You can make a lot more power with an equal length ram horn style manifold with the same turbo.
