Default DA turbo

can anyone suggest a good turbo set up for a 1990 GS. what's this i hear about having to take out my a/c compressor? and what's a slim fan?

the only prefab kit I know of is the Turbonetics kit...I dunno what it makes though. Yeah, I think you have to take out A/C with it in....and a slim fan is just a FAL (flexalite) fan that is thinner, flows more air, and comes in colors. MIGHT be able to get the mainfold in there with it.

I was lookin through ebay and found a garett one, i dunno if it's good though. it comes w/ the whole kit...small *** intercooler tho. but then again, it's not like it'll make a diff...i STILL have to get a smaller radiator.

I dunno details unfortunately lol. I would do a TON of research and then make you're own kit up if you can. It CAN be cheaper and you MIGHT end up with MUCH BETTER parts. Just a thought.

can u shell out for a full-race kit? the price to hp ratio from a hmt kit would be a better choice and still make alot of power

im selling my turbo kit.

T3/T4b trim .50 A/R
Blox Manifold
Blox FMU
Tial 35mm Wastegate
Tial 50mm BOV
FMIC
2.25 IC piping
MSD inline fuel pump
2.25 downpipe and the radiator if you need it. Make an offer if your interested. Setup only has like 4k miles on it

i have been slowly putting my own kit to gather for the last year, I ran into a prob with my down pipe, not a big one but i think im going to have to grind the crossmember down alot to make it fit, I need piping and an intercooler and im done. If anybody has some for sale for a good price off a da let me know PLEASE!!!!!!
