Default Wiper Question

Hopefully someone can answer this for me:

Car: '98 Civic EX

The other day I tried turning on my wipers to clear some snow of the front windshield and it just stopped halfway. Now the wipers won't turn on as well as the washer fluid. I've already tried replacing the fuse, does anyone know if it's the motor or something else.

Thanks.

You could try to power the wiper motor with a logic probe to see if the motor's still good. If your fuse is good, then I'm guessing the switch may have gone bad. Did you check to make sure that you have fluid in the washer bottle and that there wasn't any frozen fluid clogging the line? If both of them really did go bad at the same time, the fuse or the switch are probably your best bets for the problem areas.
