Default RS*R Help?

I purchased a RS*R cat back stainless system that came from Racing
Beat back in 1999 for my 1997 Acura Integra. I'm sad to say the Muffler has
developed a leak. Can anyone please give me some direction in getting
this fixed/replaced. If I remember correct it came with nice warranty.

Take it to your local muffler shop. They should be able to help out alot.

Jason-

EDIT: Also, contact the manufacturer and tell them about the fault. If the warrenty is still good, then they should replace it, no questions asked. If you need a new catback, contact me and I'll help you out.

I forgot to add this web page http://www.racingbeat.com/FRrsr.htm
That said Racing Beat ,who use to be RS*R's USA importer will no longer after March 1, 2000. I can not find a RS*R dealer or USA importer now. Does anyone know who is dealing RS*R in USA? This system was not cheap.

There is a guy selling RS*R parts on honda tech, me and this other guy just purchased a header and exhaust from him. He can get you a new system but he can't do anything about a warranty on your existing one. As far as fixing your system any welding shop or muffler shop should be able to patch the hole or leak. Mine developed a leak on my CRX after 2 years, I just patched it up and repainted the whole system with BBQ black 600 Degree paint and it was good as new. If you were in Cali I could patch it for you but I see your in NY. Good luck...

Thats the reply I'm getting from RS*R dealers that have replied to my asking..! That they can get you a new system but he can't do anything about a warranty on your existing one. They must think I really dum two times over to think about another system when it came with a warranty that this should be coverd.
