how to tell 92-96 vs 97+ injectors apart?
i'm planning on purchasing a set of 97+ H22A 290cc injectors used from some one who said it came off his 2000 lude.
is there any distinctive markings or shape to the 97+ injectors compared to the older 92-96 injectors?

The tips are a different colour. I think the 92-96 has a blue tip and the 97+ have a black tip. Don't quote me on that, though, I'm just pulling that off the top of my head. To tell for sure, just hook up a multimeter to one. The resistance should be greater the 10 ohms for the 97+ injectors.

If the 92-96 injectors are peak/hold, all it would take is a multi-meter set to the OHMs scale and check the resistance of the 2 different injectors. The peak/holds would be @ 2 ohms and the 5th gen's would be @ 12ohms....
