JDM ITR swap
My roommate just got in his jdm itr swap today. How can you tell if its a real ITR block? It deff has a jdm header, itr manifold, lsd tranny, but its susposed to be a 99-00 and it doesn't have a crank angle sensor either. What can I look for to tell exactlly what we have here?
I don't think that GSR's are very popular in Japan.
B18C (me thinks)
If you have the correct header and intake manifold... chances are you have a ITR motor.

jdm itr motors wont have that crank angle **** on the block. look on the head for the green stripe by the distributor, this will tell you if its an itr head and not a b16a.

Why don't they have C.A.S.?
Right now I have a '95 GSR JDM swap and a ITR JDM swap. They look both the same but, for the intake manifolds. They both say B18C and they both don't have C.A.S.'s. So, how can I tell the blocks apart?
