car smoking
i have a 94 gsr with 131,000 miles on it. and i drive it maybe 2-3 times a month. and when i drive it my friend said it blows out some white smoke when in high rpms. and what i am wondering is it smoking because its sitting? also i smell something like a bad cat on cold days and nothing on warm day or if i have been driving the car for a while. and lastly i have black soot on my back bumper. how do i tell if its oil? thank you.

youre rings are old so you get getting alot of oil blow-by which is letting oil into the combustion chamber and burning it, it only happens at higher rpms because of the increased oil pressure
get some new rings and you should be fine
