Default **Can anybody ID these cams I plan to boost**

I got these to replace my B16 cams. I was told they were GSR cams (B18C1).

After looking at another post they look like B17 cams to me, can anybody confirm or deny this. If so how do they respond to boost???

Or should I just get some type-R cams, and be done with it.

no they are not, the b16 cams are smooth where these are grooved on the intake and exhaust.

If these are old dirty B17 cams, which I think they are, thats what I'll have to do.

Just need a straight answer first

bump for more info

After some research, I think these may be 2000 GSR or OBD2 cams. I have seen some identical to mine 4-sale on ebay and in the classified section claiming to be 2000 GSR cams.

Can anybody confirm this?...............if so I'll be a happy man

This link is why I thought they may be 2000 GSR cams,

Larry at Endyn is actully gonna check the specs on these on his machine. Stan and I are both curious as to see what comes out.

they are 2000 GSR cams, I recently picked up a unmolested 2000 GSR engine and those are the cams it came with. Notice the grove on the top of the intake cam and how it differs from the B17 cam.
