Default GSR into LS swap problems

I swapped my obd2 LS with a 0bd2 gsr. I used the same LS harness. I need to wire vtec and all other misc items but I'm stuck in a stump. I dont know where to begin. I have searched on this site but i only come up with obd1 stuff which is irrelivant to me. I also had a CEL come on and it pointed in the direction to a IAT Sensor. The plug itself looks fine but seeing how i had to extend the wires to attach the plug to the gsr mani i dont know what happened there. If anyone can point me in teh right direction or help me out here i would appreciate it very much. I have another sensor that the wires came off of the plug during the swap, both the wires and the plug look great and can easly be repaired but i dont know in which order the wires go. I have a pic but we-todd-did is down right now so i can post but the sensor goes atop of the tranny, right underneith the intake. it has three wires; if any one knows which order the wires go that woudl be greatly appreciated.

no it runs, there are just misc problems with it and a CEL for IAT Sensor. Vtec isn't wired in because i can't find a OBDII wire pin for the gsr ecu.

How many connectors are on the passenger-side shock tower? Are there one of each of the following: 10-pin, 14-pin, 3-pin, 4-pin?

I have those plugs already but not from that site, but i have the plugs and have wired it to were it would fit into the ecu but i dont know how to do it. what can i do to fix my p0113 error? does anyone have a pic of the speed sensor? the wires came out of the plug which is why i'm getting that error message. I double checked the wires but the light still came on.

well basically its this. I have a obd2 gsr in my obd2 ls body. I kept the ls harness. I have a gsr ecu (0bd2) and now i'm getting the P0113 check engine code. It says its the IAT sensor. How do i fix it and get the chk engine light to go out. Some misc information is that I dont have the vtec wired up yet either, but thats not a concern right now but if there is some obd2 documentation that would help me out a lot.
