Default Extra plug on swap? LS -> VTEC

Ok I just put in the GSR engine and it started all good and everything but there is just that one extra harness plug that goes on the passanger side tower that didn't have a plug on the firewall side. It's the 4th one from the top. Plug looks like a O2 sensor but has 3 wires (instead of 4). Where is that supposed to go and what is it for?

It's harness C220 on page 11-22...there's no info on it.
Wire colors are [ RED | BLUE-RED | WHITE-RED ].

What's strange is that I am looking at the top harness plug (C223) and it has a BLUE-RED and WHITE-RED where the VTEC wires should be. WTF?!??!

I haven't ran the VTEC yet cuz those wires are not matching and the harness is filled on the firewall side. What wiring does the LS lose in this case??

OK wait, I think I got it!

In the OBD2 LS they took the two vtec wires and they pulled them into the top harness to save space.

Am I right? Where does the third RED go then? I am just guessing here so someone help me out.....That probably explains why I can't idle.

hey man i think i got it figured out. Hold up i'm gonna make a diagram. Your using the obd2 gsr engine harness right? I think this does explain why you cant idle. Okay here goes nothing.

The gsr harness which are the vtec solenoid(leads to a8) and vtec pressure( leads to c15) are pluging into your c223 ls harness which leads to the ckf sensor. The c223 ls harness side leads to blue/red(c1) and wht/red(c11). Which explains why you are idling really crappy. The red one needs to go to c305 on the drivers side plug which goes into the dash harness and to a15.

But let me make a diagram. Sorry if i'm confusing you. Its actually easy now after looking in the helms for an hour and a half

Thanks man. I think I figured it out after looking at the manual too. Didn't think it would be this big of a mess.

So I have to wire vtec solenoid, vtec pressure and rerun the ckf sensor.

Plug and play my ***!!!

Okay fixed all the wiring issues and learned how to disassemble harness plugs (yay). Car won't even start now. Turns over, kinda tries to start but no start.

Is it getting flooded by the RC 550's I put on? My hondata P28 doesn't have a base map so I can't use it. I have to stick with the P72 until I can drive it to the dyno for a EPROM burn but can't get there Are the fuel maps different in different ECU's?

Any ideas people?
