Default Timing Belt died

got a 92 integra ls just started it and it made wouldnt hold a idle got to 600 rpm and then it was done hopefully only being at that rpm didnt kill the valves or anything anybody had this happen before

hate to say it man but if your timing belt did go at 600rpm, there wont be much left to work with. 99.8% sure that the vavles are done, open it up and take a peek.

you should be ok my buddys Ls blew its T-belt at about 75 down the highway cuz of a cracked crank pully. When you get the news belt on just spin the crank slowly though a few rotations and make sure nothing hits.

if you think that's your problem, go have a leakdown or compression test ran on it to be sure. theres nothing worse than pulling your head just to find out its not the valves thats the problem.

did the belt break? is that what died is, if it didn't break it just might be way off or your dizzy could be bad or not set.

my buddys T-belt broke and when we took off the valve cover it had scratches on it, and he needed a whole new valve train

well yeah its broke its at the shop right now havent heard anything on it. Hopefully i got really lucky. it broke on a cold start thats whats wierd.

hopefully you are the lucky few with no bent valves......yeah, you should really change it every 90,000 miles.......its actually not that difficult to do...

Well no bend valves WHOO HOOO thank god couldnt have afforded that
