Default S1 tranny

I have a 91 teg with manual cable tranny. Serial # tag strts with S1. There is a small YS1 stamp on the edge of the case. The rebuild is almost complete after about a long time saving for a limited slip diff.
The manual pictures show 3 gear fork shift bars. One on the counter shaft and 2 on the main shaft.
Well, my tranny only had 2 shift bars. One gear fork on the counter shaft and 2 forks on the main shaft. So I am just curious what tranny I have. Also, the main shaft and counter shaft are skinnier than the later ones. Just a wondering... thanks.
