i need new gauges
does anyone know how to change the factory gauges into something less plain? i have a vp and the only gauges i have are speedo, fuel, and temp. how do i move the fuel and the temp gauges over like on the ex? is it gonna be more work than is really worth?
i don't know what the chassis code is. i have been trying for awhile now and nobody will let me know if they know or not. i have a 2004 coupe vp edition. its basically a dx.
I know with 92-00 Civic's alot of DX owners swap in LX/EX/Si gauges as they have tachs but I am not sure if you can do the same for 01-05. I would think you would be able to though.

ill try and find some gauges out of a 01 ex. does the si have the same size as the coupe since it basically is a whole different car than the coupe? and has anybody ever done this with these years?
It can be done, you need EX gauges and i believe you have to do some re-wiring. You might want to check out http://www.7thgencivic.com and search there
