Difference between OBDI and OBDII B18b1
I was buying a B18 for a swap into an EK, turns out motor is a 95, i bought the OBDII Dizzy, injector plugs.
Basically I just want to know what are the differences are, thanks guys.

you wil need to change the oil pump to an obd2 one because there is an extra sensor on it. might as well upgrade to a type r oil pump while your at it. also you will need to use the obd1 pcv valve system or plug the 2 holes in the back of the block and use an obd2 valve cover(thats where the pcv valve is in 96-01 tegs) also find some obd2 injectors to make everything look clean. i think thats about it.

Is that extra sensor on the 96+ oil pumps the knock sensor? I donno exactly what im talking about, but i do have on extra plug from the harness on the 96+ ek that connected to something coming from the oil pan, while the 95LS motor doesn't have that plug. And im searching for how to change a oil pump....

that sensor on the oil pump on the obd2 motor's is the crank fluctuation sensor.

What is the main distinction between the OBDI and the OBDII B18B1 anyways? Lets say i am going to take it to get bar'd, what parts or what thing in general will allow the ref to say its a 95 instead of a 96.
