Anyone run spec A's in and almost stock itr. What type of numbers hp/tq?
I'm running a comptech icebox, header and invidia exhaust on my 01' ITR

Why did you shut down so early? It looks like the motor was headed for more power.

 

thats when it started to drop off.

but i should have reved it longer.

 

Well look at my sig and you can see my mods. I love the spec a's and soon will be adding the hondata s300 to really tune it better. Sorry don't have the dyno plot now to post but on a 85deg summer night of tuning I got it to 182 or so whp uncorrected and haqs a nice power band. Need the s300 to really get it done right has a slight dip right before vtec needs s300 for better fueling vafc is bandaid.

Hey geereg, im curious as to how your car sounded with all those mods and just the stock exhaust? How loud is it compared to stock?

 

It's was not louder than stock really, I forgot to add the AEM to the list, so that's where the majority of the noise came from. The header may have given it a raspier note, but that's about it.

.....expect gains - depending on i/h/e of course.

I'd expect 190+ with decent bolt ons and tuning.

I have the toda a's and i'm around 300whp.....

on 9psi! hah!

 

I'm hitting about 164HP on a mustang dyno with Toda As, Icebox, and Full Hytech Exhaust System.

 

the gains on those graphs really doesnt seem worth it for the money thats going into them?


can you run Toda A's on stock valvetrain?

 

yes - toda a's are good on stock valvetrain up to 9200 rpm's!
