i have a f22a1 motor in my prelude.. its not any thing great.. i want vtec.. what is the best sohc that will bolt up ?

what diffrnce will be made?

what all do i need to do this swap?

what car has the head(the vtec head) in it so i can go pull one?

what kinda of HP should i expect? and when should the vtec kick in?


SOME ONE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me what i can do and what im looking to spend


p.s i also want to boost this prelude to.. but im not to sure about much internals.. i dont really have the money.. how much boost could it handel?
