what turbo will spool decently on a b16 and carry power out to AT LEAST 9500?

Default what turbo will spool decently on a b16 and carry power out to AT LEAST 9500?

i wasn't sure if a larger a/r GT28RS would carry power out that far on a b16...or if i should suggest a slightly larger turbo to the customer...like a GT30 or GT32

this will be a stock sleeved b16 with rods/pistons, possibly mild n/a cams and in a half stripped CX hatch. owner wants a very broad power band that doesnt die off in the upper rpm's...but still maintain a decent spool. this is an ONLY pump gas car and more concerned wiht powerband than having uber high peak numbers.

300-350ish more than likely...car won't ever see drag radials or slicks...and is this person's daily driver..so he'd prefer it to last a good while..hence the low power
