Yea, I finally decide to get coilovers but i dont understand the Spring rates.

Is it the higher the number the stiffer or the lower the number the stiffer?

What is the lowerest number and what is the highest number?

What is stock spring rates usually?

what is vbetter for daily drivers bouncy or stiffer?

Please i know im new. I try to search for spring rate info. and Please no Flaming. Please help thanks.

higher spring rates = less bounce in your ride = sore *** after RR tracks = better handling (in my opinion)
