well my serch returned 31 results none of which would help me much. my sunroof doesnt work on my 87 accord. i checked the retracter fuse and theres nothin wrong with it. doesnt anyone have an idea how i can test it and find out what the problem is? thanks alot guys

 

Is it doing anything when you press the button (noise, clicks, shifting?)

 

it's really a simplistic system. A fuse, a Switch, a Motor w/transmission and a bunch 'o wires. It's all a matter of getting power to and supplying a ground for the drive motor.
Unfortunately, in order to do this correctly you've got to drop the headliner assembly to gain access to the sunroof drive motor (near the rear window)(#8) and check that the motor is seeing batt power from the dash switch (both directions)
