93 civic cx hatch b16a sir2 stock exhaust and intake no mods other then the swap 14.6 @ 96 mph at a shitty track on 13" snow tires

15.5 at 91 mph. 2.5 60 foot. horrible tires. Intake, header, exhaust, no cat, ob2 to obd1 conversion, clutchmasters stage 4 clutch.fpr, walbaro 255lph,skunk2 intake manifold, full interior. 143whp 103torque 1992 civic cx hatchback. on 15in rims 195 55 15 tires

That's the most pathetic thing I've ever heard. I can hit that with my 264,000 mile D16Z6 Si with no modifications besides a K&N filter and decent tires.
A 2.5 60' isn't because of the tires: it's because of bad driving. If I can launch my brother's I/H/E B18C hatchback on mismatched, bald Winter tires to the tune of 2.21, you should be able to get that torqueless whimp out of the hole in no worse than 2.3 seconds.
