Default Axle? Whats the part #?

I was able to get it on a jack today and saw the boot above the lower control arm on the passenger side was leaking fluid, I don't see a tear it appears to be coming from the side were the clip is. Its not the boot that meets the wheel (CV) its the once smaller above the lower control arm. Heres a pic:

Were can I get the part and is it to hard to replace?

Pull the offending wheel, caliper, and rotor and check for rubbing. Is the rotor corroded or pitted? Does the rotor have runout?

The rotor has a bead of rust around the outside edge were the caliper does not meet, the calpier has a bit of surface rust on it.. I will put it to see whats goin on

Its the tie rod for the steering rack. Actually the inner one. Little hard to replace, can get them from Autozone.

EDIT: Is it the Tie Rod End Inner? I found it on ProStreetOnline OEM for $42.00 seems OK

You can look it up quite easily. That site provides diagrams and part numbers. You know the specifics of your car. I do not.
